B2B Features in Your Shop

B2B customers buy differently from consumers: with an account number, their own pricing, purchase approvals and often many order lines at once.

  • Quotes and Approvals

Quote requests in the shop, approval workflows for orders, and budgets per employee or department.

  • Roles and Company Accounts

Logins per company account with roles and permissions for purchasing, approval and administration.

  • Quick Order

For customers who know their SKUs and don’t want to click through categories.

  • Customer-Specific Pricing

Pricing logic per customer or customer group, pulled straight from your ERP if you prefer.

  • Portals

Self-service portals for your customers and ordering portals for your field sales team.

  • Catalogues

Large product ranges with complex product configurations.

Everything is built on the Shopware B2B Components. Where the standard isn’t enough, we add custom extensions.

From Our Projects

One central Shopware platform for 32 shops, with large product catalogues and complex product configurations, all managed from a single system.

In B2B, the Integration Makes or Breaks It

Pricing, stock levels, customer accounts and orders must match between your shop and your ERP. Systems we integrate include:

  • Pickware
  • JTL
  • Xentral
  • weclapp
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Sage

We connect other systems via the Shopware API. Learn more under ERP and CRM Integrations.

Founded by shop owners

Before we founded solution25 in 2017, we built our own online shop with no startup capital and grew it to more than 500 orders a day. That experience still shapes how we plan, budget and run projects today.

  • Reliable estimatesEvery proposal includes an effort estimate for each work package, dedicated contacts and a timeline with milestones.
  • One team, no middlemenProject management, development, design and quality assurance are all in-house at solution25, in Bremen and Prishtina.
  • Support after launchMost projects move into a maintenance agreement after go-live, with updates, monitoring and a fixed monthly hours budget.

Shopware B2B: FAQ

Is Shopware enough for B2B, or do I need a separate B2B system?

With the B2B Components, Shopware 6 includes quotes, approvals, roles, quick order and budgets. Whether that covers your processes or you need custom extensions is something we clarify during the analysis.

Can I sell B2B and B2C in one shop?

Yes. Shopware is designed for both B2C and B2B, and you can control pricing, product ranges and features per customer group. For UK merchants who also sell into the EU, you can set up separate sales channels with their own currencies, VAT rules and shipping options.

Which ERP systems do you integrate?

Among others, Pickware, JTL, Xentral, weclapp, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Sage, which is widely used by UK businesses. We connect other systems via the Shopware API.
