Ideal for UK B2B sales, trade customers, bulk buyers, or any store that offers personalised deals, this plugin gives you full control over pricing negotiation and customer specific pricing all from within your Shopware admin.
Instead of proceeding to checkout, a B2B customer adds products to their cart and clicks "Request Quote." They can also attach a comment to explain their requirements, volume needs, or special circumstances. The request lands in the merchant's admin panel where it can be reviewed, repriced, and sent back as a formal offer. The customer then accepts or declines. If accepted, the order is created automatically using the approved pricing, with no manual order entry required.
Yes, and this is one of the key distinctions from a one-off discount. When reviewing a quote or setting a custom price, merchants choose whether the agreed price applies only once or persists for all future orders from that customer for that product. Long-term pricing agreements with distributors or regular buyers are managed this way, removing the need to renegotiate every order.
The plugin adds a dedicated "Customer Specific Pricing" section to the Shopware admin where custom prices can be added manually, or imported and exported via CSV. This makes bulk pricing management practical for businesses with complex pricing structures across many customer accounts, without needing to set each price individually through the storefront interface.
It works alongside them rather than replacing them. Shopware's native B2B Components (available on Evolve and above) handle customer group pricing at a tier level. This plugin adds the quote request workflow and individual customer-level pricing that goes beyond what customer groups alone can do. For B2B stores where negotiated pricing per account is standard practice, the two complement each other.
The plugin integrates with Shopware's native user role system, so you can define exactly which admin users have access to the quotes dashboard and customer pricing section. This is relevant for businesses where sales reps manage their own accounts, or where pricing approval needs to be restricted to specific roles rather than available to all admin users.
