If your UK store often ships orders in more than one package, Partial Delivery helps you stay in control. You’ll always know what went out, when, and with which tracking number making your fulfilment process more reliable.
For UK merchants, the challenge is familiar: by default, Shopware treats each order as a single shipment. If your fulfilment operation regularly ships orders in multiple packages, because items come from different warehouses, have different availability dates, or exceed the size or weight limit of a single parcel, there is no built-in way to track each package separately. This plugin adds a dedicated Shipment tab to every order in the admin where each package gets its own quantity, name, and tracking code, giving your team and your customers full visibility across split shipments.
Yes. The plugin supports multiple partial deliveries per order line item, not just per order. So if a customer orders ten units of a product and you ship five this week and five next week, each partial delivery is recorded separately with its own tracking number and timestamp. The full history of all shipments for that order is visible in the Shipment tab at a glance.
Each partial delivery has its own tracking number recorded in the admin. How that information reaches the customer depends on your notification setup, but the data is structured and accessible from within the order so your team can communicate shipment status accurately. Customers do not receive confusing single tracking codes that only reflect part of their order.
No. The plugin handles all data management in the background. Your fulfilment team uses the normal Shopware order workflow and simply records each partial shipment in the Shipment tab as it goes out. No custom coding, no configuration beyond installation, and no changes to existing processes.
