Magento has long been recognised as one of the most powerful and feature-rich e-commerce platforms on the market. For years, it has served as the go-to choice for businesses that require advanced functionality, deep customisation, and the ability to manage complex product catalogues. Many companies originally chose Magento because it offered a level of flexibility that few other platforms could match. It allowed merchants to build unique experiences, handle large inventories, and create stores that reflected their exact requirements.
For a long time, Magento delivered on these promises. It became a trusted tool for businesses that needed more than the basics. Its modular structure, vast extension marketplace, and robust development possibilities made it a favourite among larger retailers and brands with unique needs. However, as technology has evolved and customer expectations have shifted, many businesses that once thrived on Magento are now finding themselves facing new challenges.
One of the most common concerns businesses have with Magento today is the high cost of development and maintenance. Running a Magento store typically requires a team of specialised developers who are familiar with the platform’s complexity. Every new feature, update, or customisation often involves significant time and technical effort. This can lead to growing costs that are hard to justify, especially for businesses that want to move quickly and respond to market changes. What was once seen as flexibility can start to feel like a burden when it slows down your ability to innovate.
Managing a Magento store can also feel overwhelming for internal teams. The platform’s complexity means that even seemingly small changes can require developer involvement. For example, adjusting checkout flows, adding new product attributes, or integrating with third-party services may demand custom coding or configuration that takes time and expertise. This reliance on specialised skills makes it harder for business teams to manage their store independently. It creates bottlenecks that slow down decision-making and limit the ability to experiment with new ideas.
Performance is another pain point for many Magento users. E-commerce customers today expect sites to load quickly and offer a seamless experience across all devices. A slow or unresponsive site can frustrate visitors, increase bounce rates, and reduce conversion rates. Magento stores, especially those with large catalogues or heavy customisations, can struggle to deliver the kind of fast, smooth performance that customers expect. Keeping a Magento store optimised often requires additional infrastructure investment, complex caching strategies, and ongoing monitoring, all of which add to operational costs.
Security and compliance are also concerns, particularly for businesses still using older versions of Magento. Magento 1, for example, reached its end of life in 2020. This means stores running on that version no longer receive official security updates or patches, putting them at risk of vulnerabilities. Even Magento 2, while more modern, requires careful management to ensure that security patches are applied promptly and that the store remains compliant with regulations. This responsibility adds another layer of complexity that many businesses would prefer to simplify.
In response to these challenges, more and more businesses are looking for alternatives that provide the power and flexibility they need, without the downsides of high costs, complexity, or performance struggles. This is where Shopware 6 comes into the picture.
Shopware 6 is designed for businesses that want both flexibility and simplicity. It offers a modern technology stack that supports custom development and advanced features. At the same time, it is easier to use and manage compared to platforms like Magento. Shopware 6 provides intuitive tools for creating rich, engaging shopping experiences. Its block-based CMS, flexible theme system, and powerful API architecture give merchants the ability to build unique storefronts without getting bogged down in complex code or technical barriers.
One of the key advantages of Shopware 6 is its focus on user-friendliness. It was built with both developers and business users in mind. This means that your internal teams can take a more active role in managing the store. They can update content, adjust layouts, configure promotions, and manage products without always needing developer support. This flexibility helps your team move faster and reduces the time and cost associated with day-to-day changes.
Shopware 6 also excels in performance. Its modern architecture is designed to deliver fast load times and smooth interactions. This helps you provide the kind of seamless shopping experience that customers expect. With native support for headless commerce, advanced caching strategies, and cloud-ready deployment options, Shopware 6 allows you to build stores that are both powerful and responsive. This performance focus supports higher conversion rates and better customer satisfaction.
Cost control is another area where Shopware 6 shines. By reducing reliance on custom code and complex infrastructure, businesses can lower their development and maintenance costs. Shopware 6’s ecosystem includes a wide range of plugins that can handle common needs, from payment processing to shipping integrations and marketing tools. This reduces the need for expensive custom development and helps keep total cost of ownership manageable.
Migrating from Magento to Shopware 6 is more than just a technical switch. It is a strategic investment in the future of your business. It allows you to modernise your technology, reduce technical debt, and free your team to focus on what really matters. Instead of spending time and budget on maintaining complex systems, your team can invest in creating better experiences for your customers, expanding into new markets, or innovating your product offerings.

With the right plan and the right partner, migrating from Magento to Shopware 6 can be the key to unlocking new opportunities and building a stronger future for your business.
Magento and Shopware 6 are both respected platforms in the world of e-commerce. Each offers powerful tools to help businesses sell online, manage complex product catalogues, and create unique shopping experiences. But while they serve similar purposes, they take very different approaches in how they deliver flexibility, scalability, and control.
Magento is well known for offering businesses a high degree of control. It allows companies to create fully customised solutions that align with their specific needs. Businesses that chose Magento often did so because of this flexibility. The platform provides extensive options for custom development and the ability to build advanced features that suit unique business processes.
However, this control often comes at a cost. Customisations in Magento generally require significant developer resources. Even small changes can involve complex code or configurations that need a specialist’s expertise. Adding new features, adjusting workflows, or improving performance can mean dealing with long development cycles. Over time, this can make it harder to innovate, increase operating costs, and slow down a company’s ability to stay competitive.
Shopware 6 offers many of the same capabilities as Magento, but it delivers them in a way that is easier to manage and scale. Its modern architecture and user-friendly tools are designed to help businesses achieve flexibility without the burden of unnecessary complexity. Shopware 6 uses an API-first structure that allows clean integration with external systems. Its technology stack reduces maintenance requirements and simplifies updates. Features like Shopping Experiences and the rule builder make it possible to create sophisticated functionality without relying heavily on custom code.
Migrating from Magento to Shopware 6 is more than just switching from one platform to another. It is about moving from a system where complexity often limits progress to one where ease of use and innovation can work together. Let’s explore what this migration involves in detail and how solution25 helps businesses manage this process successfully.
Every successful migration begins with a clear understanding of the data that needs to move. Magento stores usually contain a rich set of information that supports both operations and customer experience. These stores often include large product catalogues, detailed customer records, complex order histories, and a variety of custom attributes that reflect the specific needs of the business.
At solution25, we begin by performing a complete audit of your Magento store. This audit allows us to document and analyse all the key data that will form the foundation of your Shopware 6 store. Our team reviews your:
Once we understand the full scope of your data, we map it carefully to the Shopware 6 structure. Shopware uses different data models compared to Magento, so thoughtful mapping ensures nothing is lost and that the data imported into Shopware is clean, logical, and ready for immediate use.
Migration offers a valuable opportunity to clean and optimise your data. Over time, Magento stores can accumulate outdated products, inactive customers, redundant categories, and unused content. If this data is moved as-is, it can clutter your new store and reduce performance.
Our team works with you to review your data and identify areas where cleanup is needed. We help you remove obsolete records so that your Shopware 6 store starts fresh and runs efficiently. We assist in standardising product names, descriptions, and attributes for consistency. We also help you optimise images so that they load faster and look great on all devices, including mobile.
This preparation process not only improves the experience for your customers, but it also makes your store easier for your team to manage on a day-to-day basis. By eliminating unnecessary data and organising the rest, you set your store up for better performance and simpler operations.
Many businesses chose Magento because of its ability to support custom features. Over time, however, these customisations can become harder to manage. What once provided an advantage can become a source of technical debt that slows your store down and increases maintenance costs.
One of the strengths of Shopware 6 is that it allows you to recreate much of this custom functionality in a way that is easier to maintain. At solution25, we review each custom feature in your Magento store carefully. We evaluate whether it is still needed, whether it can be handled by native Shopware 6 tools, or whether it should be rebuilt using Shopware’s API-first framework.
Here are some examples of how this process works:
This process ensures your store retains its unique value while becoming simpler and more future-proof.
Your migration is also an opportunity to refresh your design. Shopware 6 provides a powerful suite of tools to build a storefront that is modern, responsive, and designed to convert.
Our team helps you redesign your store in a way that aligns with your brand and supports your sales goals. We use Shopping Experiences to create flexible landing pages, engaging product pages, and promotional content that can be updated quickly without developer support.
During this redesign, we focus on improving navigation, speeding up checkout, and enhancing product discovery. Our goal is to create a user experience that delights your customers and encourages loyalty.
Magento stores often have strong SEO foundations that support visibility in search engines. Protecting that value during migration is critical.
Our team ensures that SEO data, including URLs, meta titles, meta descriptions, and structured data, is migrated or redirected properly. We set up 301 redirects for any URL changes, helping preserve your rankings and ensuring that search engines and customers can still find your content.
We also validate that your Shopware 6 store is optimised for technical SEO. This includes ensuring mobile usability, fast load times, and clean site structure.
Before launch, we conduct thorough testing across all parts of your Shopware 6 store. We validate data accuracy, confirm that features function as intended, check site performance, and review SEO configurations.
Our team coordinates the go-live process to minimise downtime and disruption. We monitor your store closely during launch and are ready to address any issues immediately.
After the migration, we continue to provide support. This includes training for your team, performance optimisation, and help with future enhancements. We partner with you to ensure your Shopware 6 store continues to deliver value long after migration is complete.
If you are running your store on Magento, you probably value flexibility, control, and the ability to build custom solutions. Magento has long been known for giving businesses the tools to create complex and tailored e-commerce experiences. But over time, many businesses have started to feel the weight of Magento’s complexity. Adding new features often requires custom development. Maintaining performance as your store grows can become difficult. Development cycles can slow down innovation, and costs can rise as you rely more heavily on specialists.
This is why many companies are now looking at Shopware 6 as the next step in their e-commerce journey. Shopware 6 offers many of the same strengths as Magento, but it delivers them in a way that is easier to manage, more cost-effective, and designed for modern commerce. Let’s explore the key reasons why Magento store owners should consider upgrading to Shopware 6.
Shopware 6 is built with an API-first architecture. This means that it is designed to integrate easily with other systems in your business. You can connect your store with your ERP, CRM, PIM, or marketing automation tools without needing complex workarounds or custom bridges. Data flows cleanly between systems, which helps you avoid duplicate work and reduces the risk of errors.
Magento can also integrate with other systems, but in many cases, it requires custom development or third-party modules that add to your technical overhead. Shopware 6 simplifies this process. Its API-first design supports clean, reliable connections that are easier to build and maintain.
This flexible architecture also opens new doors for your business. Many companies migrating from Magento use Shopware 6’s API-first structure to explore headless commerce. This approach separates the backend from the frontend, giving you the freedom to build custom frontends or mobile apps that connect directly to your store. You can deliver unique shopping experiences on different devices and platforms while keeping your core e-commerce engine powerful and stable.
If your Magento store has struggled with complex integrations or has required expensive workarounds, Shopware 6 offers a cleaner and more modern way to connect your systems and scale your operations.
Magento’s technology stack has served businesses well for years, but it can start to feel dated as expectations for performance, security, and flexibility rise. Many Magento stores require heavy optimisation work just to maintain acceptable load times and reliability. Adding new features or improving the design often demands long development cycles.
Shopware 6 is built on a modern technology stack designed to meet today’s demands. The backend uses Symfony, a well-known PHP framework that is valued for its security, stability, and flexibility. On the frontend, Shopware 6 uses Vue.js, a modern JavaScript framework that makes it possible to create interactive and user-friendly interfaces.
This modern foundation brings practical benefits for businesses migrating from Magento. Developers find Shopware 6 easier and faster to work with. This means your business can add features, adjust layouts, or roll out updates more quickly and at a lower cost. The technology is built to scale, so as your store grows in product range, traffic, and complexity, Shopware 6 continues to support your success without becoming a bottleneck.
The modern codebase of Shopware 6 ensures that your store will remain relevant and well-supported for years to come. For Magento users who have faced growing technical debt or increasing maintenance costs, this represents a major advantage.
One of the main reasons businesses consider moving away from Magento is the need for a faster and more flexible way to create great shopping experiences. Magento stores often rely on custom development to build rich content pages, landing pages, or marketing campaigns. Even small changes can require developer input, which slows down your ability to launch new initiatives.
Shopware 6 puts powerful design and content tools directly in the hands of your team. The Shopping Experiences feature allows you to build and manage content-rich pages using a visual, drag-and-drop interface. Your team can create custom landing pages, rich product pages, and marketing content that combines text, images, videos, banners, and product listings all without waiting for a developer to code templates.
This ease of use means you can move faster. You can build personalised pages that respond to customer behaviour, create unique experiences for different campaigns, and ensure your store looks great on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
For Magento stores where innovation has been slowed by long development cycles, Shopware 6 offers a way to deliver a better customer experience while reducing dependence on custom coding.
Expanding into new markets is a common goal for growing e-commerce businesses. Magento can handle internationalisation, but setting up and managing multi-language, multi-currency, or multi-store environments often requires complex configurations and additional development work.
Shopware 6 makes it easier to go global. The platform includes native support for multiple languages, currencies, tax rules, and pricing models. You can create regional storefronts that all share the same backend, allowing you to offer tailored experiences for different countries or customer groups. For UK merchants, that makes it practical to run a GBP storefront for the home market alongside a euro storefront with the right tax rules for EU customers.
Managing your international stores is easier because everything is controlled from a single admin interface. You can ensure consistency in your brand while adjusting for the needs of local markets. Shopware 6 gives you flexible pricing and shipping rules, so you can offer region-specific promotions or delivery options without extra complexity.
For Magento merchants who want to simplify and strengthen their international strategy, Shopware 6 provides the tools to do it more efficiently and effectively.
Security is a growing concern for every online business. Running on outdated technology increases the risk of vulnerabilities. Many Magento stores, especially those still using older versions, face challenges in keeping their stores secure and compliant with modern regulations like UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Applying security patches, managing updates, and passing audits can become time-consuming and costly.
Shopware 6 is actively maintained and updated to meet today’s security challenges. The platform is built with privacy, data protection, and compliance in mind. It includes secure payment integrations, encryption, access controls, and audit-friendly features that help your store meet modern standards.
Upgrading from Magento to Shopware 6 allows you to benefit from a platform that is designed to keep customer data safe and to simplify your compliance efforts. You reduce risk and gain peace of mind, knowing that your technology is keeping pace with evolving threats and regulations.
Shopware 6 offers Magento merchants a smarter path forward. You keep the flexibility and control you value, but you gain a platform that is easier to manage, faster to innovate with, and better equipped for modern commerce. The API-first design, modern technology stack, advanced content tools, and international features combine to create a system that supports your growth without adding unnecessary complexity.
At solution25, we help Magento businesses plan and execute their migration to Shopware 6 with care and precision. Our process ensures your data, design, and functionality are preserved and enhanced. We help you unlock the full potential of Shopware 6 so you can focus on what matters mos serving your customers and growing your business.
Migrating from Magento to Shopware 6 is a major step that impacts your entire business. It is much more than a technical project. It is a strategic move that gives you the chance to simplify operations, improve performance, and prepare your store for future growth. At solution25, we treat migration as a business-critical process that demands careful planning, clear communication, and attention to detail at every stage.
A successful migration starts long before any data is moved or code is written. Proper planning ensures that your transition is smooth, that risks are minimised, and that your new store delivers the results you expect. At solution25, we begin with a full review of your Magento store. Our team examines your product catalogue, customer records, order history, theme customisations, extensions, integrations, and SEO structure. We identify what is essential to your business so that nothing important is left behind.
Just as important as understanding your current setup is understanding your goals. Are you migrating because you want better performance? Do you need tools that make it easier to manage your store without constant developer support? Are you preparing to expand into new regions or markets? By learning your priorities, we design a migration plan that preserves what works, eliminates what no longer serves you, and builds a foundation for future growth.
Once we have a clear picture, we create a step-by-step migration plan. This plan outlines each phase of the project, sets a timeline that aligns with your business needs, and defines responsibilities. We coordinate with your team to schedule the migration for a time that minimises disruption. Our goal is to ensure that the migration not only meets technical requirements but also supports your business objectives.
Magento stores often contain large amounts of valuable data, from detailed product catalogues to complex customer and order histories. Preparing this data properly is key to a successful migration.
Our team begins by auditing and cleaning your data. We help you identify outdated or unnecessary records, such as inactive products, old customer accounts, or unused categories. Cleaning this data reduces clutter and helps your new Shopware 6 store run more efficiently.
We then map your data to the Shopware 6 structure. Magento and Shopware organise data differently, so this mapping ensures that everything, products, categories, images, customer accounts, orders, and SEO metadata, is imported correctly. We also plan for SEO preservation, including setting up redirects to protect your search engine rankings. Our team double-checks every detail to ensure accuracy and completeness.
This phase also gives us the opportunity to improve your data. We can help standardise product descriptions, restructure categories for better navigation, and optimise images for faster load times.
Many Magento stores rely on custom features that were created to meet specific business needs. These features cannot simply be copied into Shopware 6. They need to be reviewed, adapted, or rebuilt using Shopware’s modern architecture.
We start by reviewing your existing customisations, including extensions, theme modifications, and custom code. We assess whether these features are still necessary, whether Shopware 6 offers built-in alternatives, or whether custom development is required. When custom features are needed, we rebuild them using Shopware’s API-first framework to ensure they are efficient, scalable, and easy to maintain.
Migration is the perfect time to refresh your storefront. Shopware 6 provides powerful tools to create modern, responsive, and user-friendly designs. Our team helps you redesign your store so that it not only looks great but also supports better conversions and customer engagement.
We focus on creating a seamless shopping experience across devices, using Shopware’s Shopping Experiences feature to build rich content pages, landing pages, and flexible product displays. We also look for ways to improve navigation, product discovery, and checkout flows to make it easier for customers to shop and buy.
Before we launch your new store, we perform thorough testing. We verify data accuracy, confirm that all features work correctly, and check that your store delivers strong performance. We also review your SEO setup to protect search rankings.
When launch day arrives, we plan it carefully to minimise disruption. Our team monitors the store closely during and after launch to address any issues immediately. After migration, we provide ongoing support, training, and optimisation services to help you get the most from your new Shopware 6 platform.
Choosing the right partner for your Magento to Shopware 6 migration is one of the most important decisions you will make during this transition. Migration is not simply about moving data from one system to another. It is about protecting your business, preserving customer trust, ensuring smooth operations, and unlocking opportunities for future growth. At solution25, we understand that migration is about much more than technology. It is about setting your business up for long-term success.
When you work with solution25, you benefit from our years of experience handling complex migrations for businesses across industries. We do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every migration project begins with a detailed understanding of your business model, your current challenges, your workflows, and your goals for the future. This allows us to create a migration plan that meets your unique needs and helps position your store for sustainable growth.
Our process begins with a full audit of your Magento store. We review your product catalogue, customer data, order history, extensions, custom code, themes, and third-party integrations. We also look at your SEO structure and any marketing features that support your visibility online. This thorough review helps us capture everything that needs to be migrated, adapted, or improved.
From there, we create a custom migration strategy. This is not just a technical checklist. It is a roadmap that aligns with your business objectives. We define what will be migrated, rebuilt, or retired. We identify where improvements can be made. For example, we may recommend optimising your product data, restructuring categories for better navigation, or refreshing your design to create a more modern and user-friendly experience. We can also help you introduce new features that were difficult or costly to implement on Magento.
A key strength of solution25 is our combination of technical expertise and strategic thinking. Our developers are highly skilled in both Magento and Shopware 6. This means we know how to rebuild your custom extensions and themes so they work perfectly on the new platform. We do not simply move code from one system to another. We enhance it so that it is cleaner, more efficient, and easier to maintain in the future.
We also place a strong focus on SEO preservation. Search engine visibility is a valuable asset that should not be put at risk during migration. Our team ensures that URLs are properly mapped, meta data is retained or improved, and redirects are set up where needed. This helps protect your rankings and supports continued organic traffic after migration.
Throughout the migration, we plan carefully to minimise downtime and disruption. We coordinate with your team to schedule key phases of the migration at times that work for your business. Our goal is to keep your store running and your customers happy during the transition. When it is time to go live, we handle the switchover with precision. We stay on hand to provide immediate support and resolve any issues quickly.
Our commitment does not end at launch. After migration, solution25 offers ongoing support to help you get the most from Shopware 6. How long does it take to migrate from Magento to Shopware 6?
The timeline for migration depends on the size and complexity of your Magento store. Factors like the size of your product catalogue, the number of custom features, your integrations, and whether you are redesigning your storefront all play a role. A smaller store with standard features might complete migration in a few weeks. More complex projects that include custom development or a full redesign could take several months. At solution25, we create a detailed timeline during the planning phase so you know what to expect and can prepare accordingly.
Will my SEO be affected during migration?
Protecting your SEO is a top priority for us during Magento to Shopware 6 migration. We carefully map your existing URLs, meta data, and structured content. Our team sets up 301 redirects where needed so search engines understand where content has moved. We also verify that important pages remain accessible and that your site structure continues to support good search visibility. These steps help minimise risks to your rankings, and in many cases, we identify opportunities to strengthen your SEO during the process.
Can I change my design at the same time as migrating?
Yes, and many businesses choose to do so. Moving to Shopware 6 is the ideal moment to refresh your design because you are already rebuilding your store in a new architecture. This can include improving mobile responsiveness, updating your brand identity, or enhancing user experience with better navigation and checkout flows. Shopware 6’s Shopping Experiences tool makes it easier to create a modern, flexible design that works across all devices.
What happens to my custom extensions and integrations?
Custom features from Magento cannot simply be copied to Shopware 6 due to differences in platform architecture. Our team reviews all your extensions, custom code, and integrations. We assess whether they are still needed, whether a Shopware 6 equivalent exists, or whether redevelopment is the best approach. When rebuilding is required, we do it using Shopware 6’s API-first structure so your new setup is efficient, reliable, and easy to maintain.
Will my customer and order data be safe?
Absolutely. Data integrity is central to our process. We migrate customer records, order history, product data, and content carefully, verifying it at each stage. We ensure that relationships between data, like orders linked to customer accounts, are preserved. Your business history stays intact, and your team can continue delivering excellent service without disruption.
How much downtime should I expect during migration?
Our goal is always to minimise downtime. Most of the work happens in a staging environment while your Magento store stays operational. When it is time to go live, we coordinate the switchover during low-traffic periods, such as overnight or weekends. We monitor your store closely during and after launch to address any issues promptly.
Is migrating to Shopware 6 expensive?
The cost of migration depends on factors like your catalogue size, custom features, integrations, and design changes. Migration is an investment, not just a cost. It gives you the chance to improve performance, user experience, and scalability. We provide clear estimates during planning so you can budget with confidence. At solution25, our focus is on delivering long-term value through a smart and strategic migration.
Do I need to train my team to use Shopware 6?
Shopware 6 is intuitive, but because it introduces new tools and workflows, some training is recommended. As part of our service, solution25 provides tailored training so your team can manage products, orders, marketing tools, and more from day one with confidence.
What kind of support will I get after migration?
Our support does not end when your store goes live. We provide ongoing assistance to ensure smooth operations. This includes technical help, performance monitoring, feature enhancements, and guidance on making the most of Shopware 6. We are here to help as your store evolves.
Each migration is handled with the same care, precision, and focus on long-term success.
The most common drivers are high development and maintenance costs, heavy reliance on specialist developers for even routine changes, performance struggles with large catalogues or heavy customisations, and security concerns for businesses still on Magento 1 (which reached end-of-life in 2020). Shopware 6 delivers comparable enterprise capabilities with a modern, API-first architecture that is significantly easier to manage. Internal teams can handle content, promotions, and product updates without constant developer involvement, which reduces both bottlenecks and cost.
A full migration covers your entire product catalogue including variants, attributes, images, and categories; customer records including contact details, shipping and billing addresses, and purchase histories; complete order records for reporting, accounting, and customer service continuity; and CMS content pages and marketing assets. The data is audited, cleaned to remove redundant or outdated records, mapped to Shopware 6's data model, and imported in stages so each phase can be validated before moving on.
Magento gives you a high degree of control but most changes require developer involvement. Adjusting checkout flows, adding product attributes, or updating promotions typically means writing or modifying code. Shopware 6 is designed so that business teams can take a much more active role: the Shopping Experiences CMS, the Rule Builder for promotions, and intuitive product management tools all reduce the need to involve developers in day-to-day operations. This speeds up decision-making and lowers ongoing costs.
They can be, if SEO is treated as a core part of the migration rather than an afterthought. Magento and Shopware use different URL structures, so without 301 redirects in place every changed URL becomes a dead link for Google. solution25 audits all existing URLs and metadata, builds a complete redirect map, implements the redirects before go-live, regenerates and submits the sitemap to Google Search Console, and monitors rankings in the weeks after launch to catch any issues early.
The process starts with a thorough audit of your Magento store covering data, extensions, custom code, integrations, and SEO structure. This is followed by data mapping and cleanup, staging environment setup, phased data import and validation, storefront rebuild using Shopware 6's Shopping Experiences and theme system, integration re-builds using Shopware's API-first architecture, QA and performance testing, launch during a low-traffic window, and post-launch support.
