Responsibilities:
Lead a team of developers in building and maintaining PHP-based web applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project milestones.
Ensure code quality by implementing best practices, conducting code reviews, and mentoring team members.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in PHP development.
5+ years of experience in PHP development.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
Strong understanding of PHP frameworks such as Symfony or Laravel.
Experience with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
