As a Digital Content Creator, you will be designing, developing, tailoring, and distributing top-quality content throughout a range of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Linkedin, and others. In practice, the Digital Content Creator will make sure to enhance Solution 25’s presence in the digital/ social media forum. This role requires the ability to produce both written and visual content and disseminate them accordingly via up-to-date marketing strategies. Hence, the candidate should provide proof of excelling at her/his writing skills, including blogs, media posts, communication plans, marketing analysis, and having a creative eye for photography, infographics, and design among others. To best succeed at the Digital Content Creator role, the candidate should be familiar with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads for businesses throughout sectors, but most importantly in the information communications technology sector.
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
Inform customers about new features and functionalities
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent writing skills (Albanian)
Patience when handling tough cases
